We may process account and contact data, technical answers, bookings, consent, payments, and voluntarily uploaded files. We never request passwords, 2FA codes, private keys, or complete card data.
- Payment data is handled by the payment provider; the app retains identifiers and states required for reconciliation.
- Customer files remain in private storage and use short-lived signed access links.
- Customers should review technical logs for personal information before upload.
Purpose and retention
Data supports the account, assessment, booking, service delivery, reporting, support, abuse prevention, and applicable obligations. Real retention periods must be set with legal counsel before launch.
Rights and contact
Access, correction, deletion, or export requests will use the official support address published at launch. Some financial, security, or consent evidence may need retention under applicable law.
