The customer remains in control
The customer should remain present and may end the session at any time.
- Remote access codes are temporary and are not stored after the session.
- No hidden or persistent access is installed.
- Unattended access is not enabled without a separate, explicit, documented agreement.
Credentials and data
The customer never shares passwords, 2FA or recovery codes, keys, tokens, or card data. Required sign-ins are completed personally by the customer.
Backup and limitations
Important files should be backed up first. Some issues are hardware-related and cannot be fixed through software. Results vary with the system, cooling, applications, and connection.
Consent record
Acceptance is stored with the document version, timestamp, and booking reference. Technical metadata is retained only when necessary and legally appropriate.
